At Nova Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products (including electric toothbrushes and replacement brush heads) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.
